Highlight
・In this course, we will visit Shosei-en which is a detached garden of Higashi Honganji Temple, and a truly beautiful stroll garden. Then, visit a local temple called Inaba Yakushidou.
・Experience Karakami Card Painting! Karakami is a crafted paper that came from China (Tang Dynasty) in the Nara Period and was used as beautiful paper for writing waka poems.
We will use postcards (printing kit “KARAKAMI KIT”) to experience small-scale Kyo Karakami printing.
